Our Programs

We offer the Transformational Rhythms Program designed to help the incarcerated find the power God created inside them to live a meaningful, fulfilling and productive life, both inside and outside of prison.

Live it to Give it

In our experience, the best people to train new volunteers are those who have gone through our program, done the work, and experienced personal transformation. These are transformed leaders who are building transformed leaders.

Foundations for Life

We believe every individual is a unique and authentic masterpiece, created in the image of God, waiting to be fully expressed.

Foundations for Life is a framework for transformation that has been researched, developed, and experienced over the last 35 years and built on many more decades of history and wisdom. We endeavor to equip and empower those incarcerated to Unleash the Masterpiece in themselves, in others, and in their relationships, groups, organizations, and communities.

The programs we developed use the framework called Transformational Rhythms, which is built on a foundation consisting of 3 pillars: Principles, Practice, and Tools.

Principles

Act as guideposts along our transformational journey

Practice

Repetitive, communal tasks of moving HEAD knowledge to HEART

Tools

Make practice more effective and efficient.

The program addresses the five different contexts of our lives:

We apply this program directly to the past, present and future issues inmates face, teaching them ways to change routine and behavior and make positive choices in an authentic way. Our students are experiencing real change every day through this program. This is Freedom from Within.

  1. Our common platform

  2. Ourselves

  3. Groups and teams we hang out with

  4. Organizations we work and serve in

  5. Communities we live and interact in

2nd Chance Hiring

90% of all people in prison will return back to their communities at some point. That could be over half a million people in any given year. When a former inmate is released, the odds are stacked against them - lack of a positive support network, poor living conditions, lack of education, and finally, lack of employment opportunities. While our programs during incarceration can show prisoners how to break bad habits and transform internally, they are still on their own when it comes to finding employment and financial support once they are released.

That’s why we offer a Second Chance Hiring Network. We work with community leaders and business owners to find and create opportunities for employment for our graduates

I am revealing the masterpiece to myself and the world though I fail from time to time.

I am still as Ephesians 2:10 states “A Masterpiece.” I seek to widely impact the world by showing people they are of value.
